This fall, elementary learners are invited to a 5-week journey into Florida’s homes and habitats at Okeeheelee Nature Center.
Each class will provide a deep dive into topics such as mammals, raptors or reptiles. Families are welcome to attend the entire series or register for individual classes based on their availability.

ASCEND combines discussion, hands-on activities, games, and plenty of room for learner questions and curiosity. This session will also include the opportunity to dissect and examine a sheep brain as part of the day's activities.
